Terrible experience. The rubber roof Larry installed in our house in Brookline leaks and he does not return calls or provide any follow-up. We replaced our rubber roof as it was old but it did not leak. now it leaks. Do not use him. Find a different roofer.
We had our roof replaced and are very happy with the result and fair price we paid. There was some unexpected additional flashing and siding work that needed to be done during the course of the project and they were really able to complete that as well. We have worked multiple times with Larry in past years on our primary home as well as investment properties. Each time, we were impressed by Larry's quality of work, professionalism and efficiency. In our most recent project this summer, despite the extremely hot weather, Larry and his team delivered the qualitative work as they promised on schedule. Larry take into consideration of weather, temperature as well as tenants' preferences and was able to complete work in such a great quality and efficiency. Larry provided us with very honest and itemized estimate and told us if there are left-over materials that he can return, he will refund us upon completion. We thought he just said it to make us feel better. But indeed, after he completed the project, he deducted $500 for us to refund the left-over materials. It was a great pleasure working with Larry. We feel lucky to know Larry as a nice, honest, and reliable roof contractor that we can always count on! Highly recommend Larry to everyone who needs roof work!
I worked with this company in 2010 and 2014 on two separate roof installations. They were GREAT. Everything from consultation to installation was professional and courteous. They were not the cheapest, but they were not most expensive either. In fact they were in the middle of the price range. But the value they delivered far exceeded the price. Larry consulted with me each time, asking questions about what I needed and why I thought I needed certain things. I appreciated that, because his many years of experience helped me avoid certain items other installers pushed for. This week I needed a new roof on a new house I just bought. Because of my previous experience with the company I did not look for estimates. Larry's previous work spoke volumes! I simply called to see if he has availability in his schedule. 3 days later I had a great looking roof protecting my house. I highly recommend Larry to everyone.
