In a January 2022 Google review, a customer described the company refinishing the floors in their great-granddaughter's bedroom, controlling the dust and leaving no mess. The customer also called the price very reasonable. Another January 2022 reviewer praised Ricky and his crew's skill on nursery floors. A separate homeowner writing that month said Rick and his team catered to their needs, charged prices they liked and left the house spotless after finishing the new flooring. In February 2024, a customer said they had considered replacing a floor with tile before calling Ricky to see what he could do with it. They praised the resulting floor and recalled his earlier work at their house in Worcester. Google shows a 5-star average from seven ratings.
