In a 2024 review, a homeowner described razing a crumbling family cottage and building new: the pre-construction engineering estimate came in on the low end, and the project stayed on schedule and on budget through the town's and the lender's inspections despite pandemic-era material-price swings. An earlier, shorter 2022 review simply called the homes "really nice" and said the reviewer would recommend them.
