Ricci Custom Renovations

Ricci Custom Renovations is a Chatham general contracting and remodeling business that the company and the Better Business Bureau both describe as roughly 20 years in the trade, handling additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, painting, siding, windows and finish carpentry. The BBB has accredited the company since 2017 and gives it an A+ grade. The written record here is thin: the one review on file, from a 2017 HomeAdvisor customer, describes a second-floor addition and says they kept coming back to Ricci for more work afterward. Neither the BBB nor the HomeAdvisor profile shows any additional reviews or complaints. Worth asking about before booking: the HomeAdvisor profile lists no license number, and its own About text says the company has served the Cape for "nearly a decade" — at odds with the 20-year figure shown elsewhere on that same page and on the company's own site. Given how little written feedback exists, a phone conversation and references will tell you more than the profile does.
