In a neighborhood of modest homes this builder purchased a small lot, bulldozed every tree and plant, with zero regard to our wildlife habitat, and they’re building a multi million dollar home. They’re destroying the Cape, our wildlife, all for the sake of greed. One day you’ll answer for the destruction you have wrought. You don’t deserve even one star. And when you try to respond that you don’t have a customer of my name, you’re right. It’s my neighborhood you are destroying.

When looking for the Chatham hack jobs, go here. I’ve never encountered such lack of care in building a home. Corners are constantly being cut and the homes just look cookie cutter. Worked with them because they were the lowest bid. Turns out that was a true mistake. They ended up being the same price as the other two bids when they finished. The kid that was the project manager has never built a house. How do you instruct people on building a house when you don’t know the mechanics behind it? Beyond disappointed, we thought we were done and this would be our dream home and now we want to sell. But how do you sell a home to someone in good conscience when you over paid?

Beware....our experience was a nightmare ending in termination . Poor management, poor workmanship, no understanding of "custom", no respect for personal property or timelines. We will forever regret contracting with Eastward Homes.

Eastward Companies have done several projects for me, as well as for my neighbors after they have seen the results. Many companies eventually get to a good outcome, but often at the expense of annoyance, misdirection and double speak. Eastward also strives to "do the right thing" and provide the best possible product at the budget provided. They are courteous, detail-oriented, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great outcome. They have my highest recommendation!
