A 2026 customer said Rich called back right away about a boiler with a hot water temperature problem and diagnosed the issue within minutes of examining the system. A 2022 customer said Rich came the next day when an AC went out, saw the problem was a capacitor, had one on the truck and was done in 15. In a 2023 review, a customer who chose Rich after speaking to many contractors about a leaking oil tank said the pricing was fair and the turnaround relatively quick. Called Rich to come look at our boiler because we were having issues with the hot water temperature. He called me back immediately to set up time to come take a look and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of examining our system. Thankful for the efficient process and friendly service - we will definitely be repeat customers!
Outstanding service with very fair pricing. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough job checking everything and explaining what he was doing and why. Will not use anyone else for heating and cooling needs
3/26/2025 Update: In the years I have used Rich, he has always been on the spot when we needed him. Reasonable prices and quick service. Thanks for the great service - Drew Rich is a great guy who cares about his customers. He came out quickly when our furnace and a/c stopped working.

Came to my house to look at our furnace. he was supposed to order a part for us. Did not do it. Paid him within 2 weeks of getting his bill. When called about getting the part he was rude and arrogant and then never saw him again.
