Rideout & Turner, Inc. builds and renovates homes, and its website says the company was founded in 1994 by brothers Steven and Kevin Rideout and business partner Jay Turner. A 2025 Google customer said the company built one home and renovated another for them, and that the work was on time. In a 2015 Houzz review, an architect said they could count on Rideout & Turner before, during and after construction, and planned to introduce the company to their next client. A 2014 Houzz customer who had worked with Kevin Rideout and his team on a number of occasions called them reliable and said they listen; that 2014 customer was about to hire them for a complete bathroom remodel. The company has appeared on mainehomedesign.com. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade and lists it as accredited.
