I cannot recommend Rocha HVAC enough. While they weren’t my first HVAC servicer they will certainly be my last. They are an incredibly pleasant and enjoyable team to work with, they communicate conveniently via text, prices are reasonable, and the staff takes serious pride in their work, they have been openly offended by the quality of work and lack of professionalism exhibited by my previous HVAC servicer. On their last visit they were removing trash and extra materials from my attic, left behind by the other guys, that I didn’t even realize was there. Rocha has always made themselves available to my family and has offered to work on Saturday’s to complete work and ensure our comfort. I really can’t say enough good things.

When we had an issue with our heatpump, another company came, took a quick look, and quoted us for an entire system replacement. I called Rocha, they came out the next day and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved the issue. They took their time to explain the cause of the issue, what they were doing to resolve, and set us up with a monitoring system to help avoid issues in the future. They were super quick to address our problem, communicated clearly, and their price was very reasonable.

Rocha HVAC is excellent at what they do. They responded immediately to our request for an emergency service call and then promptly followed up with a return visit to complete the job - on time and within budget. Rocha clearly explained what needed to be done to get our HVAC working at peak efficiency; correcting issues that our builder stuck us with 11 years ago. We highly recommend them for your HVAC installation and service needs.

One of our mini-split units has never worked reliably. We had it "fixed" last year by another company but the problem persisted. I contacted Rocha on a general contractor's recommendation. They were able to offer us a next-day appointment. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very thorough, inspecting both units on that side of the house, and took their time to address the issues. Their invoice system was simple to use, and provided us a detailed description of what they completed. Following that, they sent us a text with a reminder to clean the filters every 3 months and to schedule a yearly check on all the units. As a bonus, I appreciated that they wore shoe covers every time they came in from outside! Thank you for an A+ experience!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Rocha HVAC Inc. They recently installed a ductless mini-split unit in my home, and the entire process was absolutely flawless. From start to finish ,their team was extremely friendly ,knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left no detail overlooked. Its truly rare to find a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, but Rocha HVAC exceeded all my expectations.
