Before booking, ask directly about project completion and payment milestones given the 2026 complaint, and confirm the HIC registration status yourself with the state rather than relying on a directory listing. With an established, certified roofing shop on one hand and a serious unresolved complaint plus a lapsed registration on the other, a phone call and a look at recent work matters more here than the sales pitch.
