Rycon Group is a custom home builder working out of West Barnstable, on Cape Cod, with the company saying it draws on more than 50 years of building experience turning homeowners' plans into finished houses. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and building permit records show a steady run of Cape Cod jobs -- new construction, additions, garage builds, framing, restoration and remodeling work across West Barnstable, Centerville, Hyannis, Yarmouth Port, Marstons Mills and Osterville, including full custom-home builds and additions running well into six figures. BuildZoom also lists a Construction Supervisor license for the company, separate from its home-improvement registration. There isn't much of a public review trail yet: Google shows just two ratings (currently 5.0 stars) and no written reviews, and its Houzz and BuildZoom profiles carry none either. Anyone considering Rycon Group for a build or addition would do well to ask for references directly and walk through a couple of the completed Cape Cod projects on file before signing on.
