Mario handled the mitigation process and was incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough—he made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and kept me informed every step of the way. Dave led the reconstruction and did an amazing job bringing everything back together. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process—always providing updates, answering questions quickly, and making sure I knew exactly what to expect next. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and he made sure every detail was taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from SERVPRO Milton/Braintree and Brezney’s Team On July 27th of last summer, my basement flooded with a significant amount of water under the foundation and throughout the basement. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and hiring SERVPRO of Rhode Island turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Brezney and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They made sure everything was properly cleaned and dried and took every step necessary to ensure there would be no mold or future issues from humidity or water damage. They removed everything that needed to be taken out and explained the process clearly along the way. Their communication was outstanding—every time I called or texted, they were responsive, patient, and helpful. They also went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company, which was extremely difficult and slow with payments. Brezney and his team were incredibly patient and professional throughout that entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. The team truly went above and beyond in every way. I am extremely grateful for their help, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations.
