We had SERVPRO come and clean out all our vents and dryer hose and vent. They came on time and did a really thorough job. There was no mess after they left. These young men were very nice and professional. SERFPRO is a wonderful company to handle any job you need. I highly recommend them.

Hired them for basement cleanup. Both the estimator and cleaning crew were extremely timely and professional. The crew was timely, efficient, thorough, and explained their procedures throughout the job. I would definitely hire them again.

I was away when the water damaged occured at my home. Thankfully, it was discovered by my neighbor who immediately contacted my family. My family then contacted ServPro Upper Cape Cod. Their response was immediate and the remediation process initiated. All the employees I interacted with were extremely courteous and professional. Both Will (field) and Kristy (office) were very quick to respond to my many questions and concerns. Will went above and beyond to help me understand the situation, what they could do and how he and his team would accomplish it. He worked around my schedule to meet me at my home to physically show me and to explain what remediation procedures were done and the results. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
