SieMatic Boston is the local showroom for a nearly century-old German kitchen brand — the company's own materials describe SieMatic as designing European kitchens with homeowners, designers and architects for over 90 years, and the Boston location sells and installs its SLX line of custom cabinetry and countertops out of One Charles Street South. The handful of Google reviews on file are long and specific rather than generic. In a January 2026 review, a homeowner who fully remodeled a Cape Cod house in 2025 around the SLX line writes as someone who has followed the SieMatic brand and its German competitors for more than 30 years, and says the component quality and manufacturing beat what he expected even with that background. A 2025 review names the specialist who ran the process, Oleg Tsoi, calling him knowledgeable and customer-oriented through design and installation decisions, and separately credits an installer, Aletin Mertol, brought in on Oleg's recommendation. On Houzz, where the company shows a 4.9 rating across 12 reviews and 23 project photos, it also carries two Houzz Awards and three Houzz Badges, and its profile lists kitchen design and custom cabinetry work across dozens of Greater Boston towns. This is a small, high-end operation with a short public review history so far, but what's there points toward a design-led, showroom-driven process rather than a general remodeling contractor — worth knowing if you're comparing it against a full-service kitchen-remodel company rather than a cabinetry and design specialist.

My wife and I had our home on Cape Cod fully reconfigured and remodeled in 2025. We had SieMatic design their SLX product line into our kitchen and dining areas. We could not be more pleased and ecstatic. The product: I have been well-familiar with the brand and products of SieMatic (as well as several other German manufacturers) for more than 30 years. However, I was not aware of the superiority of the design and manufacture of the components, as well as the quality of the materials used, in comparison to SieMatic’s competitors. I urge prospective customers to go and examine SieMatic’s materials, as well as their competitors’. (As a reference, I have spent a career internationally in low- and high-tech industrial manufacturing.) The people: We had the fortune and pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Michael Tcherniavski of SieMatic Boston. As an experienced designer, he listened to us and heard us. He studied the spaces of our home thoughtfully. He did not provide cookie-cutter solutions to design (as a previously-employed competitor had). He understood, and made sure we understood, both the limitations of our space and the opportunities. He created exactly what we had envisioned … and more, that we couldn’t haven’t envisioned without him. As a project manager, he established a timeline and did not deviate one iota. He coordinated and corralled other parties ( a. the independent installers of the SieMatic product who were absolutely excellent; b. the supposed “premier” GC of Cape Cod we employed who proved to be difficult and lacking; c. appliance providers) with skill and finesse. Both Michael and the independent installers of the SieMatic product knew the components and process inside and out. Installed SieMatic product was damaged by our GC and Michael responded with immediate solutions without a blink. We also had the pleasure of meeting a few times with Mr. Hans Henkes – President & CEO, SieMatic Möbelwerke USA. When my wife and I decided to abandon a competitor’s lazy design, a mutual contact connected Hans and me. Hans put me in touch with Michael, who executed at all levels. Hans remained informed on our project from beginning to end. * * * * * I could not more emphatically endorse, SieMatic… its people, professionalism, products, quality, design, management, and overall experience should be exactly what one expects when choosing a luxury kitchen from a brand closing in on 100 years of experience. SieMatic delivers on all levels!
Exceptional experience. My wife and I purchased a SLX kitchen from Siematic and couldn’t be happier. Firstly, there is no comparison in terms of quality, design and features with other luxury brands. Secondly, Oleg Tsoi is the most knowledgeable, customer oriented specialist one could hope for. His advices regarding design, features and installation specialists were extremely professional and helpful. He truly has the customer’s best interest always in mind. A shout out also for our installer Aletin Mertol (Oleg’s recommendation), the most experienced, professional contractor I’ve have worked with. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a complex and costly project!
