My stand up shower had apparently been leaking into the apartment below me. The first plumber we called was very clearly trying to con me (I won't get into details here). So I started calling other plumbers. Sillari was the first to call me back. I described the issue to him in as much detail as I could as well as what the first plumber had told me. Sillari asked me a few questions about the shower, then told me over the phone what he thought the issue was and how I can test for it on my own. Sure enough, the test he instructed me on over the phone went exactly as he suspected and I was able to repair the problem myself with a $20 piece from Home Depot. Sillari impressed me with his honesty AND with his know-how. I was blown away that I could simply describe the issue over the phone to him and he knew exactly what was wrong and what to do about it. The first plumber quoted me $8500 to fix it. Sillari walked me through it on the phone at no charge. I am grateful for his expertise and honesty and will definitely reach back out to him with any plumbing needs in the future!
