Springer Electric, Inc. is an electrical contractor at 70 Bishops Terrace in Hyannis, working across Barnstable County. The company describes itself as having over 15 years of experience serving the county, taking on additions and remodels, generator installs, panel upgrades and service change-outs for both homeowners and businesses. Its credential is the strongest thing in the record: Massachusetts electrician licence 4264 is registry-verified, active, and held of record by Springer Electric Inc — the company itself, not an individual or an unrelated entity. That is the check most small electrical firms cannot show cleanly. The customer record is small but unusually consistent, and it is about the work rather than the pleasantries. In a September 2024 account, a homeowner described the team — naming Dave, Nick and Zack — doing a full electrical upgrade of a basement, adding outlets, fixing light fixtures and installing more than seven smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms, and said they had used the firm over the previous fifteen years. In an April 2024 Google review, another customer described David upgrading their service from 100 to 200 amps, working around structural obstacles and finishing on schedule. Two shorter reviews from October 2023 add professionalism and a job done start to finish, and a Cape Cod resident named the firm on Reddit in 2023 as doing fantastic work. What is worth knowing before booking is the shape of that record rather than anything negative in it. Across every platform the firm has roughly four independent comments; the Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles are the same page served twice, so they are one source and not two. The business's own listing also states plainly that it does not offer emergency services and does not offer warranties, while free estimates are offered. For a Barnstable County homeowner planning a panel upgrade, a service change-out, a generator or the electrical side of an addition, this is a licensed, verifiable firm with consistent praise for punctuality and tidy work. It is not the one to call at midnight — by its own account it does not do emergencies — and the volume of public feedback is modest enough that recent local references are still worth asking for.
“Springer electric does fantastic work”
Springer Electric team ( Dave, Nick, Zack) worked at my home doing full upgrade of all electrical on my basement. Additionally added outlets, fixed light fixtures and added over 7 smoke carbon alarms. They did a superior job! They show up on time and on schedule. They are all professional, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and very experienced. They cover the floors and do a thorough cleanup too. I have had them do work on my home over the last 15 years.
