There is a real exception, though, and it's worth being direct about: three one-star reviews, all from June through September 2023, describe a difficult and unresponsive experience. The most detailed of the three described a new pool liner installation that failed within months — the pool lost half its water by November and was empty by January, with numerous unanswered texts before Pat finally responded. Whether that 2023 window reflects a temporary rough patch or something that could recur isn't something the record settles either way. For pool installation, liner replacement, or seasonal opening and closing in central Massachusetts, the more recent and more frequent pattern here is a strong one. Given the 2023 complaints, it's still worth asking about current response times and getting warranty and follow-up terms in writing before a larger installation job.

Very pleased with the service and work provided! We had our old pool taken down and the new pool installed, and Pat and crew really went the extra mile - Pat discovered one of the posts had been damaged in shipment - he immediately contacted the pool manufacturer and had them ship out a replacement the next day, and he came back and switched out the damaged post. Pat and his crew installed my pool back in 2021, very prompt, professional and respectful of property. Earlier this Spring Pat came out to take a look at the damage to my pool due to winter. It took him about 30 mins to straighten out as best he could considering where the buckle in the panel was. I opened pool today and his repair worked - saved me having to replace a panel or 2 along with liner. Nothing but positive experience. Highly recommend Pat and his crew at Superior Pool.
