Working with Thayer has been the best decision we made for a barn addition/renovation. Adi and Meredith have been clear, efficient and open with us since day one. They are extremely organized, timely and responsive. They have helped us maneuver other relationships with vendors on the project with grace and professionalism. They are true professionals who know the industry and are phenomenal at what they do, and also seem to enjoy it! They are incredibly warm, truly seem to care, and now feel like a part of the family! Their design is beautiful and thoughtful and they take budget very much into consideration and always communicate any changes. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for wonderful interior designers and will also be using them myself on other projects in the future. We love TDS!

We ordered custom sized baskets from Thayer Design. The baskets are gorgeous, excellent hand-made quality baskets and exceeded our expectations. The customer service is equally exceptional. Chelsea and Meredith were responsive and ensured baskets were the size and color we wanted. They kept us informed on timing and delivery. We couldn't be happier with these custom baskets as they will meet our needs today (grandkids toys) and in the future for whatever we store in them next.

We hired to produce rugs and other accessories for our custom build. The quality is beautiful and durable. Bonus is she is super fun to be around, too. We highly recommend her services!

We hired Meredith to handle two phases of a major project. Phase One was getting the house ready for move in, with Phase Two being a major remodel and additional interior design work. Meredith quit our job unceremoniously less than 6 weeks before we were to move in, with nothing ordered or managed for the move in process. She obviously had her mind on the bigger project and quickly realized she was unprepared to deliver anything on time or on budget for Phase One. It was an extremely disappointing and stressful situation for us and she left us in a major lurch. Additionally, her design recommendations were squarely in her specific style with overuse of the go-to pieces that you can see on her website, and not at all to our specifications or requests (which we'd outlined in detailed before hiring her). We thought she would have range and she proved very quickly that she did not. I would not recommend her.
