Basement renovations are among the jobs customers describe hiring TrustBuilt Construction to complete. In February 2026, a Google reviewer said Raphael and his team leveled the basement floor, installed vinyl flooring and baseboards, built a custom door under the stairs, painted and installed cabinets. A November 2025 homeowner described a permitted basement project with framing, insulation, drywall, outlets, lighting and flooring, and praised the crew’s punctuality and daily cleanup. The company names Raphael Ferreira as founder and lead builder. It says he started TrustBuilt after more than a decade in New England construction and states a Marlborough service area. Its stated residential work includes basement, kitchen, bathroom, deck and custom ADU remodeling. A May 2026 kitchen customer praised Raphael’s help with permits, planning and execution and said he was available to discuss the work. In September 2025, a homeowner said Raphael’s team remodeled two decks and installed a fence with a sliding gate. A June 2025 reviewer described rebuilding an old pressure-treated deck using PVC and composite materials. In July 2025, another customer described an interior remodel with painting, drywall, trim, doors and a pantry-to-closet conversion. A separate July 2025 customer said Raphael brought in tilers to complete a difficult aluminum-tile backsplash after other companies had given up or stopped responding. An August 2026 basement customer praised the finished space but reported subcontractors arriving unannounced when the household was not prepared for workers; they said Raphael was receptive to their feedback. A May 2026 bathroom customer said an accident damaged the shower door and tub on the last day. They said Raphael redid the entire project at no additional cost, but the replacement tile work was uneven compared with the original installation. A BBB reviewer also criticized the quality of the work. TrustBuilt’s Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 218492, is active under TRUSTBUILT CONSTRUCTION LLC. BBB gives it an A grade. Google lists five stars from 94 ratings; Thumbtack lists 5.0 from 89 ratings, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each list 5.0 from six ratings.
