We recently hired Trustbuilt to finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result! The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the space are fantastic, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. The main crew was respectful of our home, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done right. The only minor bump along the way was with subcontractor scheduling and communication. There were a few instances where subs showed up unannounced on days we weren't prepared for workers, which caused some temporary logistical headaches. That said, Raphael was receptive to our feedback, and the overall quality of the work speaks for itself. We love our new space, would gladly hire them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation!

Raphael and the Trust Built Construction team communicated well throughout our bathroom project and came in at a fair price. When a significant accident occurred on the last day, damaging both the shower door and the tub, Raphael took full ownership and redid the entire project at no additional financial cost to us. We appreciated the accountability. That said, the quality of the second installation did not match the first. The original tile work was excellent. The redo was noticeably uneven by comparison. For a project of this size and cost, that’s hard to overlook. We’d consider working with Raphael again given his communication, integrity, and thorough cleaning post-project, but we’d want assurance that the quality of the first attempt is what shows up and stays.

Raphael helped us with our kitchen renovation. He helped us from start to finish, going over permits, planning and execution. Great communication and always available during the execution of the project to go over the work. We love our new kitchen.
