Cleberson and his team did a great job with our flooring. Promised work was done in a timely manner, all communication was very clear and prices were also reasonable. I would hire UMass flooring again.
The team did an outstanding job! They were incredibly efficient, removing the carpet and installing wood flooring for 1,000 sq. ft. in just two days. Cleberson was excellent to communicate with, offering an installation service that was both affordable and top-notch. The attention to detail was impressive, especially at the junction where the wood panels meet the baseboards. I initially worried about needing to purchase quarter round, as suggested by Lowe's, but Cleberson clarified that it wasn't necessary. Their expertise was evident, and I’m extremely pleased with the result. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends in need of similar services and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a high-quality, affordable contractor.

Cleberson performs high quality work and he has an artistic talent too with color and pattern. He understood my poor attempt at explaining my idea for my kitchen backsplash as well as if we’d done a Vulcan Mindmeld. (!!!) And he found the discontinued color grout I needed to replace my damaged tile shower threshold and advised me on a repair that I like better than the original. I recommend him without reservation!
