Hi Bill, Just a short note to say how much I appreciated your team of three who did a wonderful job replacing the failed Jujitsu indoor unit. Logan, Manny and Isaiah were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked together, each seemingly knowing what their individual responsibilities were, and without any hesitation, performed their individual tasks while successfully accomplishing the overall job as a team! When Logan showed me the amount of mold that had accumulated over the years in the two working units I became quite concerned and I was pleased that he shared his concern with you. Getting the two units cleaned that day, even though it was not scheduled, really got my attention. I truly appreciated you allowing the team to clean both units while here, even though I suspect there were other jobs planned for that day.
