Valenzi Heating And Cooling is a Methuen heating and cooling contractor, and a 2025 customer said a team of three — Logan, Manny and Isaiah — replaced a failed Jujitsu indoor unit. That 2025 customer said Logan showed them the mold that had built up in the two working units, and that both were cleaned that day even though the cleaning was not scheduled. The company's website describes it as a family-owned business of Bill and Ashley Valenzi that specializes in ductless mini-split installation, cleaning and maintenance plus AC and heat-pump repair, marketing itself mainly to Newton, New Hampshire and surrounding areas. A 2024 customer said the house ended up cleaner than before the team arrived, and that the owner, Bill, gave solid advice and options.
“Valenzi. I believe he was out of Amesbury. Got 4-5 quotes. Usual big guys in area. 128. Addario. Forget the others. He came in way way lower. Was a straight shooter from the moment he showed up.”
Hi Bill, Just a short note to say how much I appreciated your team of three who did a wonderful job replacing the failed Jujitsu indoor unit. Logan, Manny and Isaiah were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked together, each seemingly knowing what their individual responsibilities were, and without any hesitation, performed their individual tasks while successfully accomplishing the overall job as a team! When Logan showed me the amount of mold that had accumulated over the years in the two working units I became quite concerned and I was pleased that he shared his concern with you. Getting the two units cleaned that day, even though it was not scheduled, really got my attention. I truly appreciated you allowing the team to clean both units while here, even though I suspect there were other jobs planned for that day. So, I thank you for your support and be assured these three technicians are wonderful gentlemen and are great ambassadors for your Company! Art Zaino
