An August 2026 Google reviewer called JM Lamattina for a leaking tub valve, and it was the third time the company had worked on their home — three different jobs in three different spots. The fix was quick and fairly priced, and they took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed doing. JM Lamattina Plumbing and Heating is a Malden plumbing company that says it was founded in 2010 and offers water heater and boiler replacement, faucet repairs, and remodel and renovation work. In a September 2023 review, a customer referred by a neighbor got a call back within 30 minutes, and Bobby came by quickly to diagnose the problem at no charge. In an October 2021 review, a customer said John squeezed them in for an emergency despite being overbooked, and the customer's 87-year-old mother found him polite and professional. Google shows 4.6★ from 10 ratings.
Called JM Lamattina to fix a leaking valve in my tub, and they had it handled quickly and at a fair price. What I appreciate most is that they took the time to explain the issue clearly so I actually understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. This was the third time they've serviced my home, three different jobs in three different spots, and every one has worked out really well. Consistent, honest, and dependable. Highly recommend.
They're very smart
