Flex Plumbing & Heating

Two Flex Plumbing & Heating customers in 2025 had a dead water heater replaced by Rafael and his crew. In an August 2025 Google review, one said it was done the same day at a good price, and that Rafael asked the right questions ahead of time so the team arrived with the correct parts; a February 2025 customer said a quote came right away and the crew checked everything was working before leaving. Flex is a Malden residential and commercial plumbing and heating company that says it has operated since 2020, doing water heaters, water filters, remodeling and new-construction plumbing. Its Massachusetts plumbing business licence is active on the state registry. A March 2026 Google reviewer said the company plumbed a three-family house with good materials and clean, fast work, and a March 2025 reviewer described plumbing upgrades on a remodel completed on time. The older reviews are on Thumbtack, from 2020 and 2021, where customers name Rafa for garbage disposal installs, a leaking kitchen sink basket, and a bathtub and surround removed and replaced with new fixtures. Thumbtack shows 4.9★ from 64 ratings and Google 5★ from 8.
