In a May 2026 review, a couple describe All Cape coming to their rescue over Memorial weekend: the permits chased down, an inspector got out to the house, and a follow-up at 11 pm to meet National Grid personnel and get their gas turned on. That is the end of the work this Hyannis shop seems built for — the permits, inspections and utility hookups wrapped around a heating or plumbing system, not only the install itself. All Cape HVAC & Plumbing runs both trades from Plant Road in Hyannis: installation, maintenance and repair on heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality, plus plumbing from leak detection to water heater work and drain cleaning. It serves Cape Cod, naming Osterville, Orleans, Yarmouth and Brewster among its towns. Eleven reviews have come in on Google since January 2025, and the average sits at 5 stars across twelve ratings. The jobs behind them are the big-ticket ones. A March 2026 review describes a furnace-and-AC hybrid system installed a few weeks earlier, finished fast and well organized. A March 2025 customer had All Cape run all the plumbing for a new bathroom — the pipes, then the shower, toilet and sink. January 2025 brought a new water heater and an on-demand heating replacement. Two reviews name the people who did the work: Bolivar, Renato and Michelle in that March 2026 review, and Nay and Michelle in a January 2025 one, where the caller said the service was scheduled quickly. One July 2025 job did not run straight through. That customer had a few part mix-ups, and wrote that the team came back every day until it was fixed the right way, during a hot week in summer. If your job depends on ordered equipment, ask up front how a wrong part gets handled. On price, a November 2025 reviewer called the work fairly priced, and said the system All Cape put in a couple of years earlier still had them happy. For a Cape Cod homeowner replacing a heating or cooling system, or plumbing a bathroom from scratch, this is a shop that takes on the paperwork end along with the install. Before booking, settle who is running your job and whether the permits, the inspection and any utility hookup sit with them.
My wife and I are so pleased to have had All Cape Hvac and plumbing come to our rescue this past Memorial weekend. They were on top of getting the permits and getting an inspector out and then followed up at 11 pm to meet up with National Grid personnel to turn on our gas. Then followed up on Tuesday after Memorial day to assess a project to complete some necessary work . They were very responsive and willing to help. You rarely see this type of service and I am committed to using this company for all my future projects and services.
I am very glad to deal with you guys! You did a great job, you were very careful and attentive, and the service was top-notch! Well done!
