Nick’s heating and cooling work comes up repeatedly in All HVAC customers’ accounts: a mini-split compressor repaired, a boiler back in service and an annual maintenance visit that cost less than the year before. The Auburn company says it serves homes and businesses with air-conditioning, heating, furnace and ductless mini-split services. Its website states eight years in business and names Auburn as its service area. A July 2026 customer said All HVAC offered both repair and replacement quotes for their air conditioner, gave an honest opinion and restored cooling quickly. In June, another customer described an annual maintenance visit with Nick arriving punctually, explaining what was required and working thoroughly. That reviewer said the call cost $200 less than the previous year. A separate June customer said Nick assessed their system and repaired a mini-split compressor at a reasonable price. A May reviewer thanked him for responding quickly to a boiler problem and fixing it. Google shows a 5-star average from 24 ratings. All HVAC’s BBB page gives it an A+ grade and identifies it as non-accredited. BBB states five years in business, which differs from the eight years stated on the company’s website. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show a 5.0-star average from 16 ratings and list emergency services, free estimates and warranties. In a July 2025 review, a customer said Nick responded to an emergency during a heat wave even though they had not used the company before. They described completion within a few days while they were away on vacation, coordination with their house sitters and help handling a Mass Save rebate. An April 2025 reviewer also credited Nicholas with handling a rebate and praised the price and service. Heating repairs feature in November 2025 accounts. One customer described a technician diagnosing a persistent heating problem, explaining it in understandable terms, checking the system before leaving and offering tips to avoid future issues. Another described loud banging from radiator pipes: they received reassuring information over the phone, an assessment within a few days and completion within a week. A separate reviewer that month said scheduling was easy, Nick arrived on time and showed them how a new device worked.
