Allpoints Plumbing, LLC describes itself on Angi as a family owned company based in the Hartford area, run by owner Charles E. Brantley, who it says has more than 20 years in plumbing. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor menus list water heater repair and faucet repair. A 2025 Google reviewer said they called for emergency service because a tenant had no hot water, and that the technician was rude and condescending, walked off the job with no explanation, and the office never followed up. A 2023 Google reviewer complained about the driving of the company's van, saying they saw it pass in the rain and nearly crash into oncoming traffic. Its Connecticut P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0288081-P1, held by All Points Plumbing, is active.

Called for an emergency service, my tenant had no hot water. The technician was extremely rude and condescending. Then proceeded to walk off the job with no explanation. The office never reached out for follow up either. Absolutely unprofessional - DO NOT RECOMMEND!
It’s funny that someone else complained about the person driving the van because that’s exactly what I came here to do. I have video of these guys passing in the rain and nearly crashing into oncoming traffic. It was shockingly bad driving. We drove behind them for quite awhile (passing didn’t save you any time—it just put everyone else in danger) and watched as they failed to use their turn signals too. Probably not great that your business is better known for being a danger on the road than for your plumbing services!
