The staff That came to the house seemed Knowledgeable professional he gave the price for the filter with instalation that was going to be 400.00 and 1200.00 for my hot water heater with instalation I kept asking for my my invoice nothing. When the job was done my total for the filter was 650.00 and the invoice doesn't show the break down of material and labor or permits. They over charge they tell you one price and when the job is done is a different price. I understand sometimes the quote can change because things can go wrong . The staff of this company never said anything while working that the price was going to change. If you call this company make sure you have a written invoice before they start the job. I have a text message with a price. Im going make sure I tell everyone not to call this company. when the staff goes to your house make sure that he put that parts back . The staff forgot to put the valve back on my tankless when I get up my basement was flooded with water and we had no heat. The water was so hot that the paint of my basement bubbled. It took was hours to clean the our basement.

Woke up to water flooding my basement, called them without committing to going with their company. They walked me through how to shut my water off so my basement wouldn’t keep filling with water. They gave have military discount available, which helped with the price.
