Bill's Oil Service, Inc. describes itself on its Better Business Bureau profile as a fuel and oil burner service delivering home heating oil 24 hours a day, and says it sells, installs and services all types of heating systems. By its own account, the company was established in 1894 and incorporated in 1958 in Massachusetts. In a 2014 review, a customer of 10 years called Becky, the current owner, extremely friendly and helpful with oil, and said yearly cleanings had always gone extremely well; that customer paid monthly on a budget payment system. Another 2014 review said a service person came out the same day they called, and that after a different company's maintenance had left the problems in place, there were now no issues at all. In a 2012 review, a customer said they come on time and even cleaned the furnace. A different 2012 review put the oil price in the top ten percent for price, and said the skilled technicians were worth the added cost. In a 2006 review, a customer said the oil man who re-primed the pump was fast and did a great job.
