Boston Tile is a Newmarket Square, Boston contractor specializing in tile installation, repair, and replacement for bathrooms and kitchens, serving Boston and eastern Massachusetts. The company says it has been in business for more than 25 years, working in towns including Brookline, Newton, Cambridge, and Waltham, among others. In an October 2023 Reddit post, a homeowner said filling out the company's website contact form led to an unsolicited email from Angi about their tile project, despite never signing up for Angi's service. Ask directly how a website inquiry is handled and who will actually show up for an estimate, and confirm licensing, insurance, and a written scope before booking.
“I filled out their contact form, and once I clicked submit it said “thank you, we’ll connect you with one of our network of contractors.” Then I got an email from Angi saying pros will contact me about the tile project I need done. But I never signed up for Angi!!”
