Cardinal Inspection is a one-inspector home inspection company in Melrose run by Ron Rocha, whose Massachusetts home inspector license is active. The company's own materials describe him as ASHI Certified and say he serves as Vice Chair of the state's Board of Home Inspectors, alongside a real estate salesperson license; the business covers buyer's, pre-listing, termite/WDO and commercial inspections across Eastern Massachusetts with a stated 24-hour report turnaround. The public record here is thin and mixed. In a 2025 review, a real estate agent who regularly refers clients to him called his reports thorough and said they've been crucial during negotiations.
