Dave is a very professional lead inspector. He quickly responded to my questions and explained the inspection report. He referred trustworthy licensed deleading contractor, who completed the work perfectly. As soon as the deleading work is done, Dave collected the dust sample and provided the test report in a short time. Overall I highly recommended Dave.

I love Dave! Very honest! Clearly knows what he is doing. Did I say honest? VERY! When I called to hire him, he asked my address.
