A 2024 customer said they arrived minutes after a call about a basement flooding from a busted boiler and fixed the problem. A 2023 customer in Glastonbury said a ducted A/C installation was completed earlier than anticipated. I had been searching for a good company to work on my boiler for quite some time, but I was having a hard time finding someone I felt comfortable with. After reading through all the great reviews about this company, I decided to give them a try, and I’m very glad I did. I had three other companies come out and none of them were able to figure out the issue with my boiler. The supervisor, Kevin, was recommended to come out and take a look at it on the second visit, and he was able to identify the problem. He discovered that a valve was stuck between the domestic hot water and heating loop. Once the valve was replaced, I noticed a significant improvement in the heating loop temperature, going from around 111°F to well over 160°F, and my heating system started working properly again. This company has been amazing to deal with from start to finish. They are easy to communicate with, very thorough, and provide detailed explanations of what they did during each visit. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the work and keep you informed throughout the process. If you have a combi boiler and are having trouble getting your heating system to work properly, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. He knows his stuff and will get your system sorted out! Kevin, the supervisor, came out to the home this morning after what is been a very stressful weekend with my furnace. Kevin came in highly professional, and very knowledgeable. He assessed the system with all the necessary tools. He explained everything. He went above and beyond, and ensure that the furnace is in working order.
