Custom Ventilation, LLC

I’m trying to find a good heating system for my home and thought a ductless mini split would be it. I emailed about a dozen hvac places and Custom Ventilation LLC was the only place to get back to me (and almost instantly at that) the women I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful and I genuinely enjoyed talking to her.

We have had multiple jobs done and Kevin always does immaculate work. Everything is completed with detail and a clean layout. This is someone who knows their stuff and you can improve your home without worry, yet instead with confidence that it’s done correctly. I’m relieved we’ve found a company that takes pride in integrity and doing it right the first time. Heidi is also a dream to work with. They’re both down to earth and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re tired of the run around and just need someone you can trust, You’ll wish you found them sooner! I know I do.

Installed multiple AC and heat units in our commercial spaces. Upgraded our A/C in our VRBO unit. Listened to our needs and concerns. Keven's recommendation on the units we purchased was spot on. After getting several quotes for a new heating system and close to making a decision, I was referred to Custom Ventilation by another contractor. I was skeptical after reading the google reviews, but scheduled time for an estimate anyway. Keven listened to what I was looking for and instead of the cookie cutter response I had gotten from 3 other companies he proposed a solution I wasn't aware of, that fit my needs better than any of the others. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was much, much less than several I had gotten. They were able to start the job sooner right wasy and though finishing took longer than I expected, it was never an issue. As long as I had heat in time for the winter I was happy. Everyone I interacted with at Custom Ventilation was always polite and professional. I never experienced any issues with sexism that another reviewer had (and believe me I have had my fair share). Heidi in the office always followed up with a phone call to let me know the status of the job. She always got back to me promptly when I had a question or request. The guys always made sure to clean up and were very conscientious about doing a neat professional looking job. Since we haven't had cold weather I can't speak to how the system functions, but I don't have any reason to think that if I do have a problem, Keven will do what needs to be done to address it. I would recomend Custom Ventilation to anyone looking for a new heating / air condition system.

Never fit me into their schedule and left me hanging when I badly needed service.
