Very efficient, professional, and competent. Fixed a block toilet. Neat and clean. Reasonably priced. Friendly and explained everything in detail. It’s a family business. Very nice people. They came back for another task and asked if I wanted the outdoor spigot replaced. I said what’s the pricing and he said we don’t usually do quotes on small jobs but I insisted I needed one and the quote was $725 for one outdoor spigot , I thought that was outrageous. I actually had a had a new spigot itself in my basement. They took $140 off the price. The spigot had cost me $35. He said because there were two of them and it would take them time to go buy a spigot (which I had bought at Home Depot). It was originally a five star review, but now it’s a two star I had the job done because I was kind of caught in the middle. It’s too bad they are not the company I thought they were.
