A March 2021 Google reviewer said Duarte Hardwood Floors had pushed back a floor-refinishing job each month since September 2020; the customer gave up that March and would not recommend the company. An earlier customer had a different experience. In a February 2019 Google review, they praised the appearance of their refinished hardwood floor and said everything had been done on time. Duarte Hardwood Floors is based in Centerville, and Google shows a 3-star average from two ratings.
I have been trying to get our floors refinishing with this company since September 2020. Each month they would push me out. I have given up in March 2021. I would not recommend them. .
My refinished hardwood floor looks beautiful! Everything was done on time and I have no complaints. Great Job!
