Hickory Harbor Homes is Rob Zindman's one-man Cape Cod contracting operation, working out of an Iyannough Road address in Hyannis. The Better Business Bureau dates the LLC to February 2022 and accredited it in April 2025, where it holds an A+ grade. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 207669, is active — registered under the name Hickory Harbor Property Care LLC, the name a neighbour used when recommending it. The pitch is breadth rather than a single trade: kitchens and bathrooms, whole-home renovation, masonry, roofing, siding and windows, plus property management, which the BBB describes as bundled into one monthly bill. The company's own site says it serves Provincetown and the surrounding area, calls itself locally and family-owned, and puts its people at over a decade in real estate and seven years in construction. Outside word is thin and brief. In a January 2025 r/CapeCod thread about South Yarmouth remodelers, a commenter said Hickory Harbor Property Care does a nice job and left a phone number — a genuine recommendation, but with nothing said about a specific job. This is the profile of a young, small outfit with the paperwork in order and very little written about the work yet. If the combination of renovation plus ongoing property care is what you want on a second home, it is worth the call — then ask for two or three Cape addresses finished in the last year, and for the construction supervisor licence to be shown alongside the registration.
