A customer writing in October 2021 described Ideal Plumbing & Heating replacing a gas furnace, AC condenser and coil after a central-air leak. Steve gave an estimate on Friday, and the customer said the new system was installed and running by Tuesday, praising his professionalism and pricing. The business is based in Shrewsbury and is listed by BBB as a plumbing and heating contractor. An Angi reviewer writing in December 2013 described calling on a cold Sunday after an old heating system failed. They said Steve and his crew responded quickly, had a replacement delivered by midday Monday, and had the heat running by early Tuesday. The customer praised the neat work area and said the installation freed up room in the boiler room. Google publishes a 4.7-star average from three ratings; Angi publishes 5.0 from two. BBB rates the business A+ and identifies it as non-accredited. George A Fournier's Massachusetts HVAC licence 10631-SM-M1 is expired. BuildZoom separately lists Mp#10631 for the company; that directory listing is not registry verification.

Steve is very professional and his prices are more than fair. I lost my central AC due to a leak, I decided to replace the entire system- gas furnace, ac condenser and coil. He came by on a Friday for an estimate and the new system was installed and running by Tuesday. I would highly recommend Steve!
Steve and his crew were great. Our old gas furnace finally died after 30 years and of course it died on a cold weekend. I called Ideal on Sunday and they got back to me quickly. Steve and his team showed up and had a new boiler delivered by mid day Monday and had it fully installed and the heat running by early Tuesday. They worked quickly, were very professional and kept a neat work area. The new furnace is great, very high quality and installed in a way that made more room in our boiler room. Overall, I am thrilled with the work Ideal did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our house is nice and warm, just in time for an arctic blast.
Went fabulously!!
