Started off good but no follow through on conversation stating I wanted same manufacturer for air handler and condenser, and didn’t take responsibility for damages caused.

paid a $200 diagnosis for 30 min and Aaron stop responding when I follow up for the repair plan we came up with during the diagnosis. I suspect that they are not able to work on complicated jobs. had high hopes for this tech as my friend used them for refrigerant refill and had a good experience. I went with another vendor for the repair. Currently requesting a refund of the diagnosis fee. No answer. I hope less hvac tech ghost their clients. we all talk to each other

Aaron was a great technician who helped me with an emergency no heat call, he made his price clear before coming out and was succesfull in diagnosing and repairing the issues. I used Aarons services to install 2 ductless Mini Splits in my grandmothers house. When i followed up with her she was pleased with Aarons attitude and ability to finish the job. Highly recommended

Aaron was very professional , and nice ! as well as his crew . reasonable price . Did a great job in replacing my system with great time. I would definitely recommend .

Aaron was very responsible throughout the service call. I called him at 10am saying that we had no AC & he showed up at my house by 2pm. He was in & out in an hour and my system has been running smooth ever since. I would highly recommend Anew HVAC-R Services!
