Can't say enough about working with Kahdel Transformation Services. I did multiple projects with them and couldn't be happier. Owner/principal Kahdel Bowen is responsive, thorough and fair. I did a basement project in my own home and two complicated projects at my rentals including a complete renovation of an old guest house. Kahdel was on time, on budget and always gave me great advice. The final product for the guest house was so cute and well done - in spite of all the challenges with fixing the old space on a budget. KTS is my go-to for everything. Highly recommend!

My experience with using Kahdel Transformation Services was a positive one. They did a great job getting our basement finished! The team was professional, prompt, and everything was beautifully done. The basement was unfinished and Kahdel and his team transformed it into a spacious space with a laundry room, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. Communication with this company is very good. They were available to answer and questions I had during the process. We are very happy with how our project came out and would highly recommend Kahdel Transformation Services. We also had a platform built to be used as a foundation for our jacuzzi, and it was completed with the same level of craftsmanship.
