Lincoln Construction Contractor Cape Cod

Ten different Cape Cod towns turn up in Lincoln Construction's 2025 reviews — Hyannis, Harwich, Orleans, Mashpee, Cataumet, Marstons Mills, Dennis Port, Sagamore Beach, East Falmouth, Yarmouth — and in most of them the job was floors or paint. The company describes itself as a residential and commercial general contractor based on Cape Cod, doing painting, flooring and carpentry across Barnstable County. Floor work comes up most. Six of the sixteen reviews, all written in 2025, describe it: a hardwood refinish in Hyannis that April, engineered hardwood installed in Dennis Port, marble polished and sealed in Cataumet, and a water-leak repair in Sagamore Beach that the customer said left no trace of the damage. Five others describe painting, from cabinets and doors in Orleans to outdoor railings in Mashpee and wallpaper stripped out with the interior repainted in East Falmouth. The bigger builds show up as well. Writing in 2025, one homeowner had a deck built and said it landed on time and on budget, another had a porch added, a third had new siding put on, and a fourth hired the company for a bathroom remodel. A June 2025 customer wrote that the estimate came promptly and the job was finished within a week; in an April 2025 review, a Yarmouth homeowner said Lincoln himself checked in to see that they were happy with the exterior trim painting. Its Google page averages 5 stars across 17 ratings, with the written reviews posted between April and June 2025. For a Cape homeowner with floors to refinish, rooms to paint, or trim and carpentry to sort out, this is a sensible call — settle the scope and schedule in writing first, ask to see the licence and insurance, and ask for a reference from a job the size of yours.
