The company describes itself as a family business that has done on-site construction and contracting for more than ten years, handling residential and commercial remodeling with kitchens and bathrooms as its stated focus. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 198296, is active in the state registry. The permit history runs longer than the reviews do. BuildZoom's records show eight pulled projects between 2015 and 2025 across Milton, Chestnut Hill, Randolph, Everett and Newton Center. Both Google reviewers gave five stars in October 2025; the second described a home renovation covering new bathrooms, a kitchen and a deck. The four-year customer also called the pricing very competitive. One practical note came out of that same 2025 review: not everyone on the crew converses in English, and the reviewer advised coordinating through Jacob or his sons. Worth knowing if you expect daily on-site conversation with whoever is doing the work. Two reviews is a thin base, however positive. If you are weighing MM Enterprise Plus for a bathroom, kitchen, deck or siding job, ask for references from the Milton and Chestnut Hill projects in their permit history, and settle up front who your day-to-day contact will be. Worth asking which address the company actually operates from too — its own site says East Boston while BuildZoom's profile lists Randolph, both under the same phone number.
