- Leak repair — a March 2022 reviewer said the leak stopped
- Missed appointment — a November 2021 reviewer reported no arrival or follow-up
A customer writing in March 2022 said Molinari stopped a leak that another company's roof repair had failed to resolve. The customer had been referred to Molinari Roofing after water continued leaking around a toilet/vent pipe, and described the worker as personable. Molinari Home Improvements is based in Hyannis; its Google listing showed 3.4 stars from five ratings in August 2026. A November 2021 Google reviewer described a missed appointment. They said the owner confirmed the address that morning and said he would arrive soon, but had not appeared by 4:30 p.m. When the customer called, the owner said he was not coming because he had other work. The reviewer reported no further contact a week after asking to reschedule.

I had a leak coming from the toilet/vent pipe. The roof was "fixed" by another company. The problem wasn't resolved. I was told to contact Molinari Roofing. He got the job done! No more leak and very personable. I would highly recommend him

Don’t bother. The owner is extremely unprofessional. Called to schedule an appointment, agreed on a day. Day of, the owner calls me (around 10am) to confirm the address and says he’ll be here soon. It’s 4:30 still no sign of him. I call to check in, he says ‘oh no, I’m not coming, I have other work going on.’ All in a tone as if I’m bothering him and it should be obvious to me that he’s busy. Oh, ok. Im still trying to be polite and say ‘well, please call me when you free up so that we can reschedule’. It’s been a week, no word. Good for you Mr. Molinari, you have so much work that you can afford to treat your potential customers this way.

What does a roof replacement cost in Greater Boston?
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Molinari Home Improvements. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
Estimated range
$9,000 – $18,600
Typical roofing project around $13,800
