Monteles Construction

A homeowner who called herself a picky person wrote in April 2022 that Alarico listened, stayed patient, and accommodated exactly what she wanted done. In August 2023, another customer described various projects around an apartment — and a team that cleaned the entire apartment once the work was finished. Monteles Construction describes itself as doing residential framing, siding, finish carpentry, decks, remodeling and exterior painting, names Framingham as its service area, and names Alarico Assunção da Silva Monteles as its CEO. Thumbtack places it in Leominster and shows six years in business with a six-person crew. The written accounts are dated: eight five-star reviews, three of them short Google entries from early 2021, the other five on Thumbtack in 2022 and 2023. The August 2023 Thumbtack review credits Junior and his team with prompt work completed on time, and a February 2023 customer says the company delivered more than expected. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 206467, is active. BuildZoom separately lists a construction supervisor number, CS-122665, and Thumbtack lists a construction supervisor credential for one- and two-family dwellings. For a deck, a siding job or a carpentry-led remodel around Framingham or Leominster, this is a small crew whose customers describe careful listening and a clean site. Because those accounts describe work from 2021 through 2023, ask for an address or photos from a job finished this year, and get the crew size and schedule written into the contract.
