Houzz places its service area on the Cape around Chatham, Harwich and Orleans, and carries a gallery from a new build on Cedar Street in Chatham. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #184620, is active on the state registry under Morgan and Sons Inc. The company's site also describes it as a licensed construction supervisor and hoisting engineer. If you're building new on the Cape, adding onto a house, or planning a deck to go with it, that's the work they show. Ask to see a finished project near you, get the design-build scope and allowances in writing, and confirm the construction supervisor licence and insurance before you sign.
