I invested quite a bit in two Bosch heat pumps in 2022. Last winter we had many heating problems, along with an unpleasant experience with the original installer to get the issues fixed. A Google search led me to NewEra Mechanical Services in New Britain. Steve thoroughly inspected my entire system and immediately discovered it had been wired and programmed incorrectly from the original installation—the control panel, thermostats, basically everything. He rewired and serviced the units so they finally perform efficiently the way they should have from day one. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough! When both of my heating units stopped working in -16°C weather, I was in a truly desperate situation. Despite the freezing conditions, Steve showed up within the hour. He didn’t just fix the issue quickly; he took the time to explain exactly what was happening so I understood the problem. I called NewEra this morning at 7:30 am and received call back at 8 am. I had no heat Steve came over this afternoon and within 1 1/2 hour which included going for parts he had heat restored at a fair price.
