A 2022 customer said Don called at 8:41 am on the scheduled day of a $12,000 mini split install to say he did not have the materials. A 2020 Angi reviewer said the crew cut holes in the floor that were not needed, did not properly repair them, and that another contractor was eventually hired to solve the problem.
After diagnosing my problem, they were able to service my system under warranty. I am very pleased with the result. April in the office is fantastic.
Arrived on time and found the problem, will need another visit to fix problem. I want some time before I decide whether the visit actually did repair the leak in the system. I really doubt a loose Schrader Cap was the problem with the Refrigerant loss.
