RD Hardwood Floor Refinishing & Installs

R & D Hardwood Floor Refinishing & Installs works out of Lynn, on the North Shore, doing exactly what its name promises — sanding, staining and installing hardwood floors, with laminate, tile, interior painting and plaster as sideline work. The company says it's been at this since 2005, putting it at roughly two decades in business. The one Google review on file, from 2022, backs that up in miniature: a homeowner called the crew fast and clean, and said the floors looked great once the job wrapped up — a five-star account, if a solitary one. There's little else here yet to check before booking: no licence claims and no service-area detail beyond Lynn and the North Shore. Worth asking directly about which towns beyond Lynn they cover, warranty terms, and a second reference, since the public track record is still thin. For a straightforward refinish or install close to Lynn, this is a reasonable name to call — just go in with a few extra questions given how little history there is to check.
