Seacoast Property Watch, LLC

Seacoast Property Watch is a home watch business in Stratham: it checks on houses while their owners are away and reports back after each visit. Its BBB profile describes a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, with a detailed report after each check, and the company holds an A+ grade there. Its own website lists storm checks, property care, concierge and contractor oversight from Ogunquit, ME to Seabrook, NH. A customer with a home in York says they have used the company for the past year and get updates after each visit. Greg Nye, the owner, managed an insulation project from start to finish for one recent customer and checked on the job multiple times while it was being done. A first-time snowbird with a condo in Portsmouth said Gregg explained the process before they left, sent a detailed report of each visit and dealt with the condo association when needed. A 2026 customer wrote that Gregg followed an extensive checklist, took a plethora of pictures and came to the house in a timely fashion after a major storm. A 2026 customer away in Florida said Gregg dealt with a plumbing issue and a broken garage door and sent bi-weekly reports. A 2024 customer said the weekly reports covered 15 inside areas of a 4100 sq ft home plus the outside, with 20-24 pictures and eight pages of text, over a seven-week absence. A 2024 customer said the weekly reports included photos of the oil tank gauge that customer had asked Greg to monitor over the winter.
