Sml Roofing & Roof Repairs, LLC

SML Roofing & Roof Repairs works out of Felton Street in Peabody and covers the North Shore — roofs first, plus gutters and downspouts, chimney repair and siding repair. Its site says the owner stays on site from start to finish, with Tammy Lamonde as the contact. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #168689, is active on the state registry, and its Better Business Bureau profile carries an A+ grade. Both of its Google ratings are 5 stars. One thing to pin down: how long the company has been at it. Its own site says 15 years, while the BBB profile lists 22 years and a start date of 4/26/2004. For a roof repair or a gutter run on the North Shore this is a straightforward call — ask for the written scope, the warranty terms and a current certificate of insurance before the crew starts.
