Anthony agreed to come out very late after he finished another job, had the part on his truck and fixed it immediately, that reviewer said. A 2024 customer said their AC stopped working after a power outage; they called at 7 AM and the unit was running by 1:30 that day. That 2024 customer said the service tech, Rito, explained what happened and what it would cost, and had the parts on site to fix it. A 2025 customer said T&A Mechanical replaced their boiler at a fair price and came back to check that everything was running smoothly. Called at 3PM on a Thursday in the middle of summer because our A/C had gone out unexpectedly which is tough with multiple little kids. Anthony happened to be working fairly close and graciously agreed to come out very late after he finished another job to take a look. Fortunately it was a small issue, he had the part on his truck, and he was able to fix it immediately, which I did not expect. I figured best case scenario it was diagnosed and fixed the next day. Incredibly kind, professional service, he truly went above and beyond reasonable expectations.

My AC stopped working after a power outage. I called T & A at 7 AM and my AC unit was running by 1:30 that day. They answered the phone, communicated very well, and the service tech (Rito) was great. He told me exactly what happened, what it was going to cost to get it done and had the parts on site to fix it. I will be using T & A for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
