Justin did an excellent job with our home inspection! He was able to fit us into his schedule during the busiest part of the season, which allowed us to get the inspection done just two days after our offer was accepted. He was thorough throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything as we went, which made it easy to understand what he was seeing in real time. He also caught an important issue with the sewer line backing up. Because of his findings, we were able to have the seller clean and scope the line to properly identify the problem. He delivered the full report in less than 24 hours, and it included pictures and a good description of all the findings. Overall, he was professional, responsive, and very detailed. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone needing a reliable and thorough home inspector.

Justin of Titan Home Inspection did a professional and complete inspection and report. He spent an amazing amount of time, checking the property and the items such as the heating and air system, and all the utilities. He checked things such as water temperatures, and all wall power plugs. His report was well documented, with pictures and narrative.
